The layout of the 3-story cabin (condo) was perfect for our family of 7. The location was quiet and close to Yellowstone. There are improvements in progress at the property, so it will only get better in time. The large balcony with table and BBQ in addition to the patio/hot tub was a lovely surprise. Photos didn't do it justice. Given the limited options in the area we were very happy with the experience. We would definitely recommend staying here!

It seems the staff was not able to find extra things when we asked for, but overall the stay was great. Supply chain issues may affect remote area businesses even more than larger cities. I would have liked more description on the cabin stay, it was much bigger than the photos showed (3 stories, large balcony, plus patio with hot tub). We didn't realize breakfast was included with the cabin booking, and brought a lot of food with us. This was unclear based on listing info (some places said $8/pp if not staying in the hotel). Pleasant surprise, but too little too late. Hotel/cabin/RV/tent camping options could be better described.

My room was setup well for riding and having a place to gear up and get everything dry after being in the snow all day. The beds and bathroom was nice. Breakfast was plentiful but could have used a bit more variety.

Quiet, modern, spacious rooms with a good hot breakfast in the morning. hotel was adjacent to a restaurant for dinner.

Hot tub was not working and pillows need replaced.

The room was nice good size .the hot tub on the patio was good to have.the location to the snowmobile trail was nice and close

The room was not stocked with all towels. The kitchen was short cookware and utensils. The staff seemed to be annoyed any time we needed something that wasn't in the room. The patio was not clean when we got there. The lights In the living room could use a dimmer switch

Property was clean.

Someone staying at the hotel had parked a truck and trailer ACROSS several parking spots on a night the hotel was full. staff could/would not have the person move the vehicle which caused several people to not be able to park. Also, their cancellation policy is super strict and ridiculous. the hot tub is quite small and the water was extremely hot, almost dangerously so. I also asked to speak to a manager (Teresa) to try to get back one nights money back, I was told she would call me, but of course, she did not. would not recommend.

Late check-in was easy and staff called us before stay to explain the process. Facilities seem clean and overall feeling was cozy.

We're suckers for SOFT beds and these just didn't deliver but that was the only detraction.
