Hyatt Place Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation

Location, cleanliness as well as friendly staff.

No microwave in room

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the hotel was clean and smelt great.

Overall I enjoyed my stay.

Close to shopping, & eating out. Plus attractions

We had to wait about 20min to check in, only 1 team member was working. While the other team member was viewing information on desk top computer.

Staff was accommodating and tried to assist with all requests. Thanks to Rita, Lurline,Vincent et al Location was good. Close to mall and conveniences. J Alexander restaurant is a must visit

Renovations underway and understandably things were not at the usual. However the site should have informed before that this was the case. As bookings were made assuming what was advertised was what would have been received. No full gym...only a peleton and few free weights. There had been an arrangement to use a nearby gym but this was discontinued before our stay. One washing machine...for the entire hotel... clothes were dried at no cost by the hotel staff but less than ideal with respect to privacy and definitely not convenient. Room had to be changed as wifi was only available at the door of the room and close to same. Rooms were well appointed but door handles , light fixture, ( bathroom) could use some attention.
