We loved our receptionist, Asia. She was nice and very down to earth, always greeting us when we pass by and giving my boyfriend and I sweet compliments. This is my third time staying here and she is always making sure we have the best experience at the hotel
Our room didn't have a microwave. Like I said this is the third time I've stayed at this hotel, but this was the first time I needed to use a microwave and wasn't sure if I just happened to get a room that didn't have one or if the rooms generally don't have microwaves. Either way, it was the only downside to my experience

It was clean the staff was friendly
The handicap chair that was needed didn’t work. One woman that was there feel 3xs I tried helping getting her up and it was impossible, so I tried to get the chair to work for the both of us and it was broken, called the staff out they confirmed. The staff ended up calling the Ambulance to come out
