Nettes Personal, gute Lage, gutes Frühstück, ruhiges Zimmer

Sauberkeit nicht zufriedenstellend Snackreste hinter den Möbeln, Reinigungszeiten schlecht wenn die Zimmer dauerhaft belegt sind sollte nicht schon früh um 9 Uhr gereinigt werden, es sollte den Gästen Zeit gelassen werden die Zimmer zu verlassen. Es sollten dann auch die Betten gemacht werden. Zimmer etwas zu klein. Ich hätte mehr von dieser Hotelkette erwartet

I made a reservation through booking.com nd check in was easy. Room was clean and spacious.

AC was not turned on before arrival and the weather is warm right now. It was a little warm in our room

I thought the cookies at check-in were a nice welcome and it was near local shopping and restaurants.

I didn't like the breakfast opinions I didn't like the unprofessional associate at the front desk who had mentioned to me to go get my own towels. I REALLY DIDNT LIKE PARKING IN A FAR LOCATION AND CARRYING MY BELONGINGS ACROSS A WHOLE PARKING THERE WAS NO PARKING FOR MY VEHICLE. VERY LOUD DUE TO LOCATION AND THE FRIDGE WAS DUCK TAPED TOGETHER NOTHING LIKE THE PHOTOS THAT WERE SENT TO ME OF MY ROOM STAY I WOULD NOT RECOMMENDED THIS AS A STAY FOR ANYONE YOU WILL HEQR EVERYTHING THROUGH THE WALLS MUSIC BABY CRYING CHILDREN RUNNING DOWN THE HALLS

The hotel is clean. My room was also very clean. The location is close to many restaurants. Nothing to complain about.
