Everything but especially how close it is to everything. Right next to the ballpark. Less than 10 minutes walking distance from the Arch. Close to all kinds of great restaurants
The only problem I had was trying to check out. After waiting for 15 minutes in line I decided to just leave my keys at the desk. There were 12 other people waiting in line to check out too. Ridiculous. Should be a 1 minute process. I needed to get moving because I was driving my daughter to the airport. Then I noticed later in the day they overcharged me/my credit card for parking in the parking garage per day. There was also another line of people waiting to get a code from the front desk staff to be able to park their cars in the garage. Come on people. There’s gotta be a better system for such a beautiful high end hotel

Within walking distance of events and sites.
Stairways were not usable (locked). Sheets not so clean and bed not very comfortable.
