Cleanliness

The staff, Melissa in particular was amazing!

Overall, had a really smooth, convenient stay. The location and setup made everything easy, but the standout was definitely the customer service—specifically Yara G. at the front desk. She went above and beyond yesterday, took care of everything seamlessly, and brought genuine, positive energy that made check-in effortless. Having someone that welcoming, attentive, and professional at the desk sets the tone for the entire property. Solid convenience, great staff, and huge props to Yara for making the stay memorable.

Staff was excellent took care of what was needed. The bathtub wasn't clean and the man in the office came down and cleaned it himself. He was very efficient.

Room was too dark needed more light. I like to read a just now bedside lamp or bright enough light in the whole room. One lame didn't work the whole outlet plug was pulled out of the wall.

The new upgrades to the room very nice 2 day stay

The air conditioner was not cold . It was hot outside and inside.
