Location was ok, was further from beach and restaurants than I was hoping. Very clean and "beachy" which was important to me.

Price of stay increased from what I was quoted when I checked in and, since we were already there and unlikely to be able to find different accomodations, I was forced to pay the inflated price. Not cool. Also had alot of trouble getting replacement coffee. Went to the office to request but could never just get it. Always told by front desk person, the owner, that he would "bring it to the room" which didn't happen 50% of the time

Always clean and the staff is very helpful. Short walk to the beach and 2 blocks from center of town.

The room was old fashioned but remarkably clean, comfortable, and cozy. the swimming pool was nice.

Super clean, quiet room with coffee/tea maker & fridge. Comfy bed, table & chairs, tv & wi-fi. Hosts were friendly.

Not at all the fault of the motel, but traffic is a real problem around Falmouth and it took a long time to get in and out of town. And the real tourist season hadn't even started.

Great location and nice motel. I didn't expect it to be so nice, but after reading the reviews I decided to check it out and was very happy. Great location, near restaurants/bars and close to the Ferry. Very comfortable room as well. I was happy with the experience.
