Lovely big room, great bed, great location. Very stylish
A lot of creaking floorboards at night from people walking around on the floor above, but it didn't go on late thankfully

The room and pool/hot tub area were lovely. Very comfy bed, decent facilities although a shame the Suites were in a different building away from the pool. Perfect location just a couple of minutes from the Plaza.
The stay was let down by the staff, there was no welcome or engagement and it almost felt like we were inconveniencing them with check in or queries. When we asked for recommendations or where to get bike rentals there was little knowledge or blunt answers. The very high price of the room suggests you should be getting a luxury stay but it felt like a motel guest experience. Not what we had expected from a Hilton.

I visited the hotel when it was a Best Western and vowed never to go back given the price versus what you got. The reburbishment by Hilton is very good and the staff behind the front desk were excellent.
The price we paid which was close to $300 per night was excessive given it didn't include breakfast or anything in the mini bar.
