Very nice three story hotel. Close to the highway, but we did not hear any highway noise in our room. Very clean. Very friendly and attentive staff.

Near the interstate.
Refrigerator was dirty. Full of previous customer’s food. Remote for tv never worked so we couldn’t watch tv. Staff unable to fix it.

Property is well maintained and staff was so kind. Breakfast area was spotless and the employees did a great job of keeping it stocked. Would return if in the area!
Major plus that it is pet friendly!
Nothing other than loud doors (they were kind of hard to shut). Luckily no one on our floor was out and about late to where it was an issue at night.

Didn’t get much sleep. Could here foot steps and dragging of furnitures above my room. My friend could here the laundry going from their room

I got 3 rooms for myself and my adult daughters and their boyfriends while in the area for a wedding. Can’t rate this hotel highly enough, the staff were so accompanying and kind. The rooms were large and spotless. The breakfast was top notch and the attendant kept the area clean and full of food. This hotel is a must stay if you are in the area.

A lot of the hotel rooms do not have big enough rooms for family of 5. Just in general not just this one. We like to stay together in one room, but we end up being cramped, because hotels are not built for bigger families.

Breakfast was average. I dislike having the area where I'm eating being cleaned while I'm eating.
Bathroom was not clean.

I love the fact that I can ease into a bubbling hot tub to soothe my sore muscles or take a nice swim in the pool. Having a breakfast available is great.
The turkey sausage sucks. Bacon would be nice.

The manager on duty at our arrival was exceptional. She accommodated our request for a room change to a quieter section, and gave us useful tips for future hotel stays. She went out of her way to make sure we were happy with the new room. All staff we encountered were pleasant and welcoming. We will book at this hotel again when we come back to this area.

It’s not a luxury hotel by any means. It’s very modest. But the staff is super friendly and very accommodating. The rooms were also very clean, comfortable and we heard no noise or disturbance throughout the night. We’d come back for sure!
Nothing to dislike! It was all good! The only reason I didn’t give full smiles is bc I wasn’t blown away by amenities but what we did have met my expectations. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff exceeded them.

I enjoyed the hot tub and swimming pool, as well as the convenience of a breakfast before I headed out to the starved rock State Park.
No hand soap in the bathroom so I couldn’t wash my hands properly.
