Clean, nice staff, close to a lot of things but 20 min from starved rock state park. Free coffee and fruit all day/night.
Breakfast and coffee were not very good. Staff never brought me my item that I asked for. While it’s in a nice area it expensive for the area.

Staff were very nice and helpful! Gave us great recommendations for local restaurants and visiting Starved Rock State Park. Breakfast was also very yummy!
Rated cleanliness a little lower. There were quite a few ants in the indoor pool area and breakfast area. But the ants have been really bad this year due to all the extra rain

Location, updated nature, some staff was friendly. I liked the microwave and the adjoining rooms.
Lots and lots of bugs in the rooms. Spiders, ants, so many ants. The electronic door sensors were horrible and caused us a lot of problems, the conjoined door had a busted screw that we had to figure out how to fix so we could use the door. We’ll send a bill for the labor worked to repair the door lol
