Manager and staff were very friendly and informative. The location was good. We were still very pleased with the stay!
It was a little difficult to park a pickup in the parking lot. Front desk clerk gave us a card to park close to the entrance, however, there was a car in that place after the first night.

Clean, comfortable and great location. The staff was very nice, accommodating and very attentive.
They advertised pet friendly, and they were very pet friendly, but it was an added cost after we arrived that wasn’t mentioned anywhere on their website and it was on top of $81 in taxes and fees. So more than $100 of what was advertised, that was disappointing.

Exceptional stay at the Santa Fe Motel and Inn for the budget conscious traveler. Check-in was a breeze and the front desk attendant was very polite and helpful with nearby restaurants and local attractions. Check-in included a sanitized bag with a colored clay tile for keepsake. The location can’t be beat for a visit to Downtown Santa Fe. The breakfast was perfect with fruits, granolas, oatmeal with several toppings and fresh coffee! I would definitely stay at the Santa Fe Motel and Inn on my next New Mexico visit.
Cloth mats in the bathroom gotta go.

I loved the decor and attention to detail in the rooms:Chile decoration on the towels, water and glasses in an icebucket on the table, colourful throw on the bed.

It was very quaint and very “New Mexico”. Our room was nice size and the decor and attention to detail was top notch.
not really a knock but we had to leave early and the breakfast didn’t open until 7:30a. I was looking forward to what they had to offer. If you stay here just sleep in a bit if you can and enjoy your surroundings!

Limited but very fresh. I’d prefer this to standard continental breakfasts served at many budget hotels
Linens a little worn

Friendly and informative Manager. Off the map Italian Restaurant recommendation was excellent. Motor Inn parking enables easy access to our car. Had a nice time.
Is there really a need to wear mask?? I would prefer to see a smile.

Santa Fe Motel was a little slice of heaven. The staff were super nice and very helpful. There was a nice light breakfast and everyone staying there seemed glad to be there. The location was close to downtown and walking distance to some delicious restaurants! A great value.
A little dated, but had all the needed conveniences.

The property is very convenient for visiting Santa Fe attractions. The room was good size with comfortable beds and great shower.
The décor is beautiful and traditional.
Ashley who checked us in/out was very friendly and informative.
We appreciated the little ceramic tile given as gist at check-in
Highly recommend for a relatively affordable stay in Santa Fe.
People who were in the room above us were walking around in hiking boots and others in rooms around us were talking loudly until late in the night.
Perhaps the hotel should have a policy to remove boots at room entrance to avoid disturbing other guests.

The hotel is located in a central area of Santa Fe. The authentic tile work in the room (bathroom, kitchen, main sleeping area) was very beautiful. The kitchenette was a real plus.
Room was not very clean. Parking was extremely tight; a truck or large SUV would not fit in the parking lot. Even though we paid for a room with a kitchen, the hotel said we had booked a standard room. I had to show them my paperwork to prove we had an upgraded room.

Everything... We loved it so much we stayed another night. Noah really made our stay. He was so helpful from setting up our TV to telling us where to eat and was a fabulous travel guide. Special touches like rubber duck on the bath tub. Chili's on the towels. The cutes little kitchen. We felt right at home here. Thank you!

Very clean ,trendy decor, private patio , great hand soaps , and lotions, shampoo and creme rinse dispenser in bathroom.
Parking was tight, thank god for back up camera. I was a little worried due parking that a person would scratch my car.The Casita was very small for the price I paid.

In the center of town, within walking distance of restaurants and attractions, even in winter. Friendly, helpful staff. Nicely decorated in Pueblo style.
No dislikes.

The staff was incredibly nice and accommodating. When we needed something they were more than happy to help us out.
The first night in our room was miserable. It was so cold in the room because we weren’t able to turn up the temperature of our room above 60°. Also we could hear every single noise that was going on outside including cars obnoxiously racing up and down the streets. It felt like we were sleeping outside at times. However, the employee was nice enough to lend us a space heater to use during the rest of our stay so we were able to get somewhat better sleep the second night. It also provided white noise to drown out the street noise.
