Best Western PLUS Vineyard Inn and Suites

Decent size room, clean facility and a basic breakfast included. Walking distance to town. Good sized parking lot with flat even access to reception (no steps).

Breakfast option very limited and the small number of breakfast tables in the reception area meant getting there early to avoid the rush.

Rooms nice and big, Close to finger lakes parks we visited. Breakfast and pool were nice.

Comfortable bed, great location, excellent shower pressure, and a good breakfast.

The pillows are very soft.

The beds were very comfortable!

The other clients of the hotel were very noisy and out of control. It did not seem like the parents were monitoring their children's activities. Due to the children running the hallways, the noise in the evening hours was excessive ! Should there be some staff discussing this scenario with families as they check in ? Secondly, the staff indicated the coffee machine in the lobby was unavailable until Monday or Tuesday (?) when in fact it was up working Sunday afternoon. What was that issue? Believe it or not coffee is an important feature in relaxation. The room and the facility was comfortable and clean which is an important aspect for the visit.
