Location was great. Bed was comfortable.
Uncomfortable couch. TV Remotes did not work.

I like that they offer 2 room suites with 2 bathrooms.
The lady at the front desk was not very helpful. She placed us in a room on the second floor down two long corridors. I had difficulty walking that far. The bedspread in the king room had stains on it.

The location was great. Off the main strip but close to everything including Dollywood.
The breakfast was ok but severely lacking flavor. Powdered eggs without flavor and texture.Pancakes were also not good and even resembled cornbread flavor. Sausage appeared to be boiled!
Mattress were broken down and were difficult to exit.
