Didn't get to stay for breakfast.
No elevator, had to lug 2 heavy suitcases up by myself.

Breakfast was great and included in the price which was nice. The beds were very comfortable. TV in the room was nice and big if you felt like watching a show
The doors didn't seem to shut all the way. The shower curtains didn't hang on the rods very well so water could leak out of the shower. The hotel is right next to an major highway which causes extra noise.

The lady in the front desk. I think if I'm correct her name is Michelle. Very rude and very poor customer service. Does not know how to differentiate between customer and customer service provider. She argues with customer and has the worst temper NOT ideal personality to be on the front desk serving customers. It was the worst experience ever with a front desk rep of hotels, and we have traveled and stayed in tens if not hundreds of hotels. This was the worst.

It was quiet and clean

Well located for the airport. Good shuffle service provided for a very early flight. Left too early for breakfast but coffee and tea were available in the lobby.
