1 of the best LaQuintas we have stayed at. Very busy weekend & the staff was awesome

One of the best complimentary breakfast we have had in a while. It was always well stocked and clean. The wine they had to purchase was top notch and nice they had a good selection, We were there for the holidays and it was really a nice stay.

The breakfast was great. Lots of choices. The room was very clean and comfortable.

The staff wasn’t familiar with the remote control and no replacement batteries for tv in room. No knowledge of how to use Spectrum system in unit.

Your staff sent my make up bag to me in the mail. I was impressed and thankful.. Good business.

Don’t stay in rooms adjacent to Hwy 46!

The rooms were nice and a pretty good size. Hotel is quiet also.

There was a delay in getting checked in. Went to check in and we were told it would be ready in 30-45 minutes. Went back in 45 minutes and we were told 20 more minutes. Once we went back after another 30 minutes we were told 15 more minutes. Once we came back for the 3rd time the room was finally ready for us

Beautiful

The rooms are absolutely beautiful and so clean! The staff was so helpful and kind! I wish I could have spend more time there.

The beds are on the harder side.

overall it was a very nice place to stay

room was good, very clean and spacious. breakfast was good and a nice variety

room door was out of plumb and there are huge gaps on either side so you could hear all of the hall noise and room never got very dark because of the hall light coming through the cracks in the door

We had bed bugs we told the front desk and they said ok! Really ok?!

Overall, my only complaint is the anxiety caused to my daughter by staff not honoring a written request with approval.

Clean, friendly staff, help available immediately, good breakfast choices.

I had a confirmation, in writing, that my daughter could check-in with my credit card as she was arriving a day early. she was not allowed to do so and it caused a tremendous amount of stress. This happens every time we stay at La Quinta for horse shows in Paso Robles and it’s very frustrating to have written approval prior and not have it honored.
