Cockroaches. We started seeing them around 7pm. We killed one and photographed two others. We were too exhausted to find another motel. We put our belongings in the car, spent the night with all the lights on, and left without using the shower. The front desk claimed to be unaware of the infestation.

The bathroom window needs more attention.....

Easy access, friendly check in.

Room was loud, beds not comfortable, room not very clean (hair, residue on surfaces, floors not clean). Door did not shut unless you slammed it. When we returned at the end of the day, our door was left open by housekeeping. Breakfast should be served until 10 at least.

The bed was comfortable. There was plenty of storage space (shelves, two nightstands, clothing hanging area). There was refrigerator in the room. Plenty of towels. I requested room service every 2 or 3 days since I was there for 11 nights and 12 days. Maid staff was friendly as was the check in staff.

No shampoo. The motel is next to a gentlemen's club (Stars Cabaret), commercial equipment (PRO Rentals and Sales), and homeless shelter/food program (Shepherd's House Ministries) so it was noisy in the evenings and there were several nights I woke up every 2 to 3 hours do to noise. Overall, I felt safe walking during daylight (until 8:30pm) but was a little nervous walking alone at night. Next time, I stay I will see if I can request other side of hotel.

Beds to hard and got stuck with a smoking room and they wouldn't let me change my room all he said is he can cancel it

The location is near where I needed to go. Otherwise it’s a little sketchy. I like the new furniture and decor. I hope it stays in decent condition for a while. I’m glad pets are welcome.

The pool tiles could use a good cleaning. Was a little cloudy too.

The bed was dirty, comforter was stained. We did not stay and requested a refund!
