I like that they had two hot tubs and the pool was heated but not to the point it felt like another hot tub. The staff were awesome and super kind.

The bar downstairs as well as the rooftop bar never seemed to be open when we would try and go which was normally between 6-9. Also the rooftop was not very visible, I would definitely think about switching where the bathrooms are with the bar or knock down the wall that has the safety signs on it so you can easily get to the bar and put the signs somewhere a little more visible.

The staff was great. Diego was great guy helped Us out with questions,Lezlie was awesome as Well as the other Lady at the front desk when I checked in. Very curious and Friendly and Made me feel very welcome

Eldorado Hotel is a beautiful hotel and in an awesome location. It is right on the main drag and about a 5 minute walk to the Plaza. Its restaurant, Agave, is wonderful, and has a cozy bar area. There is also another bar, Cava, which is behind the main lobby. Every single staff member I encountered was exceptionally friendly and courteous. They truly go above and beyond. I also appreciated that you could text message the front desk staff. Their customer service is unmatched, in my opinion. I enjoyed the outdoor hot tub, especially in 30 degree weather. The backdrop for the pool and hot tub is beautiful mountain scenery.

Just my personal preferences--- I wish the pillows were a bit firmer for more neck support, and the comforter was a bit heavier. I realize I am writing this review in January, so in the summer it might be nicer to have less bedding.

After asking for a quiet room they put is inna room directly over the 5 am food delivery trucks and garbage disposable , then on last fay they charged the naximum $550 day rate citing overbooked rooms . Not good at all !

We would have given excellent on everything but had trouble with the Wi-Fi. made reservations for next spring providing the Wi-Fi will be fixed.
