The location is good, close to shopping centers and restaurants.

It was a bit noisy.

Large room. Good breakfast. Good check in and out. Plenty of parking

Easy and efficient check-in. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The first assigned room had an odor of smoke but the second room was odorless. Lots of restaurants and shopping in the area including a movie theater. Refrigerator had a freezer. Room had a wide bench which accommodated two pieces of luggage. The shower was good with powerful spray. The breakfast was good. The location was good and for being right on Route 1 it was very quiet.

The floors were carpeted (and seemed clean) but we prefer hardwood flooring. The guest just above our room was very noisy as far as walking back and forth across the room although we didn't hear the sound of voices, music or TV. One of the gooseneck lamps on the side of the bed was broken. The bathroom faucet fixture needs lubrication; very hard to turn on. The nightlight in the bathroom had burned out. The distance between the toilet seat and water was minimal. Had to pay extra fee to watch HGTV and other programs which are normally free at most hotels.

location was good for what we were there for; adequate parking; price through booking.com was good; room size suite was good; access to a good shopping plaza was close

Breakfast was terrible. undercooked sausage, egg omelets from frozen box, not enough muffins to go around, waffle was nasty (don't know if it was the batter or the syrup); our room must have been near Housekeeping rooms because there was constant talking and laughing and you heard a lot, even floor above people walking, the hotel needs to have better soundproofing. I didn't like, instead of them knocking on the door or putting a note on the door to return the luggage cart, they instead deactivated the room key cards which made us return to the desk to even figure out why they deactivated room keys; Shower head had a lot of rust showing. If all are like that, they need to replace the showerheads; made you bring down dirty towels to swap out for new towels, was told they need to count them and give the same amount back
