Quiet, beautiful, and perfect for our trip.

Location, spacious villa, plenty of amenities, accommodated a slightly early check in, beautiful surroundings, clubhouse, pools, etc.
The area outside of the resort is beautiful by day, but lack of lighting makes an evening walk hard. No housekeeping, but extra amenities were brought on demand really fast. Other than that, hard to find any thing that wasn’t great

The location the pools and the layout… also the bed was comfortable and the shower was good
Several dishes were dirty and one of the bedsheets was visibly dirty and the overall cleanliness I would give a C. The staff was nice and responsive but it should’ve been cleaner from the start

Bali Hai is one of the most convenient locations in Princeville.
Amy room requests made in the booking.com communications was never received or acknowledged at the property. Our first assigned room hadn’t been cleaned yet, and this was after 10 pm and a long day of travel. The facilities have continued to deteriorate over the years and condos we stayed in 10 years ago are now showing their age with little to no upgrades.
