There was no bananas at breakfast

I liked the location and cleanliness of the hotel. The pillows were top notch.
I didn't like that there was no plug for the bathtub, which meant we couldn't use it. The mattresses on both beds were uncomfortable, they were hard to sleep on.

The suite was large. The bedroom A/C was nice and cold. The room and bathroom were very clean.
Overall a decent stay. They look like they are updating little by little. The hotel isn't really out of date, just starting to show signs of wear and needs things replaced. But not rundown at all.
The suite had an odd oil-like smell to it. The view from the living area was into someone's backyard and a dog barking a good bit. The bedroom view was of the highway and FM road. The living area A/C wasn't as cool as the bedroom.
The sectional was ripped. The bathroom tile was cracked and the grout was broken and coming out from between the tiles.
We paid for 3 nights but because my wife became ill with hives all over her face, neck. shoulders, and legs she was in a great amount of pain - therefore we left a day early. We were not refunded for the 3rd night not spent there. The lobby furniture had stains as did the carpeting leading to our room. We also requested a top-floor suite MONTHS in advance and were given a 2nd-floor suite. However, we didn't hear any noise above us so that did work out.

Being charged $ 35.00 dollars for early check in and listening to same desk clerk tell someone else it was $25.00 dollars for early check in.
If the room. Is clean and ready why am I being charged for this. I will no longer stay at a Best Western again.

Not clean; lots of hair in the bathroom (both long and short), dirty towels, very dirty carpet floor - even found toe nails on the floor. The beds seemed clean though.

Good breakfast, comfortable bed, enjoyable downtown area and nature trail. Helpful staff who provided a map of the area and directions for us.

The breakfast was terrible. Cold biscuits, only one sausage patti was in the bin. There was no kitchen personnel visible.
The breakfast was horrible. Cold biscuits, luke warm eggs, terrible gravy, and no kitchen personnel seen the whole time we were there for 4 days. At 6:30 in the morning one day, there was only one piece of sausage in the hot tray. For the room, Toilet seat lid was broken, the bathroom exhaust fan was super noisy as was the air conditioner. The bathroom fan finally broke. We put a lamp in the bathroom so that we could see. Front desk personnel was friendly.

clean rooms; bedding comfortable
noisy - near to highway and can hear vehicles in room; loud whistling wind noises on 3rd floor - called twice to ask that they send maintenance up - up til about 11pm; smoker in some room near - front desk said maybe it’s bc it’s windy tonight? no that wasn’t it - strong cigarette smell and not sure if it was ever addressed.
add signage to side entry to property (turn in not off IH 10 frontage) otherwise easy to drive directly past bc it’s actually an apartment complex entry adjoining. some easy fixes here if property management cares to do so
