Clean rooms, friendly staff, good location right near Hyannis and Dennis. Plenty to do!
The noise level can be a bit high during the day. Mini golf next door plays loud bass, the nearby Hyannis Hospital gets alot of siren traffic, and the flight path for Hyannis airport is overhead. But the same will go for any motel in the area really.
Also, the street is very busy and the drivers are quite aggressive. Bring your patience if you plan on driving around.

Clean and well taken care of.
Ok size room.
I’d say that this motel is better run than many similar places. It doesn’t feel run down.
Window AC unit could be less loud.
Bright lights outside the window could be annoying at night. I have to say that the window shades are pretty good in blocking the light so it wasn’t too bad.

Cost effective for the cape on a holiday weekend.
The room wasn't very clean (e.g. other people's hair on the floor, in the sheets, and in the bath drain). The mat outside the door wss full of hair and dirt and the couch was covered in lint and hair. There was mold growing on the bathroom ceiling and the room felt damp overall.
