The room was clean but old which I knew when I booked. The view and ability to let my dog out made me so happy and I would stay again. The onsite restaurant had very good and well priced food. We tried the shrimp, seafood spread, shrimp po-boy, philly, and smash burger. Staff at restaurant, hotel and marina were helpful and friendly.
The wi-fi and TV need help but once again I knew that and we brought a TV adapter and used the phone as the hot spot. One small cockroach which is normal for Florida, but no Palmetto bugs and no bed bugs! Could use a squeegee for porch

We love coming here - beautiful view, conveniently sited, friendly and helpful staff.

The location was wonderful because of the marina
The stairs were hard on my knee , and the railings are very loose.
