This is the 3rd time I’ve stayed at the Hyland. It is close to all my friends and family but also close to everywhere else I might need. The owners are on the premises so when I’m there I feel like I’m with family. Very friendly staff. The rooms are always perfectly clean and look newly renovated. I like that I can park right in front of my room door.
I 100% recommend choosing The Hyland
The only thing is, and it’s a small thing, is I wish there was an ice machine.

The Hyland Inn Brea is a great motel for stays in the area. It's no frills, but nicely renovated and clean, and all the amenities work well. The check-in/check-out experience is easy, and the staff (owner?) is friendly and efficient.
A minor issue: the windows just have a blackout curtain, but no sheer curtains. That means you have to use the blackouts (and lights) even when it's light outside.

The neighbors were noisy and the walls were thin because you could hear everything.

The price was good.
Honestly we’ve stayed here a few times. And this time it just felt like the room wasn’t as clean or nice as past visits.
