Days Inn by Wyndham Rawlins

The property was very clean. The staff was very friendly. The breakfast was so so.

This was our second stay at the Rawlins Days Inn. The breakfast was a vast improvement over our first visit. This visit breakfast was offered in a good sized room with booths and tables. Two “hotel standard waffle irons” were available with syrup. Two cereals were offered and milk was available in a “dorm room” refrigerator. There was not a juice machine. I think there was a coffee machine but I have not learned to drink coffee so I don’t pay much attention to its availability. I was puzzled by a pan sitting on a bed of ice. Upon inspection, I found 2 dozen+ eggs under the lid. I assume they were hard boiled but as I did not sample one I am not sure. A good sized gravel parking lot for those of us towing a 35’ stock trailer, easy access.

Big improvement over first visit. It is not a terribly attractive place. Hallways are a little dingy but the rooms are clean, there is no closet but some hooks are provided. Worn carpet in hallway, clean linoleum in room. We paid $80 for one night, clean bed, good shower, clean bathroom. Decent breakfast, Good value.
