Friendly & cordial staff, clean facilities and good coffee. The front desk gave us directions to great local restaurants down the street as well.
Snacks in Sundry Room were too expensive (I.e. 2$ for small sleeve of crackers; $3 for 1 Rice Krispie treat square?)

The location was near my event, it was quiet and accommodating.
There were 3 of us, but when we arrived, there were only 2 bath towels, 1 face towel and a bath rug. There were stains and hair on the sheets. The carpet was sticky, and had what looked like a blood stain beside the bed. The bathroom door had to be forced to close completely, and the shower curtain was too short, which caused the floor to get doused with lots of water. Finally, at breakfast, their juice bar was broken, and the coffee was stale. The price was fair, but I don't believe I would stay again.
