We enjoyed a wonderful dinner with a beautiful window view. The food was of high quality. The only demerit was an old fashioned that was not particularly good.
The patio door was not clean giving an unsavory appearance to the room. It was dealt with promptly when we mentioned it at the desk. We also needed to request a remote for the tv as there was none in sight.

Staff didn't acknowledge us when we walked into the resort while we waited in line to be taken care of. Staff didn't smile. Staff seemed to busy. The resort appeared to need just basic care and maintenance such as the vanity mirror was not working in our room, but was promptly replaced per our request.
The upkeep of the building could use a lot of work and just getting cobwebs off the balcony and a bird's nest right outside our door. Wood was rotting in certain areas. Indoor pool was not clean; had sand in it.

The view of the Harbor
The property needs updating, our first room we had, had an odor when we went in but didn’t think anything about it then my husband took off his shoes to go into the bathroom and the carpet was soaked by the door. He called the front desk and they upgraded us to the Harbor view room and that room had no smell. Carpeting needs to be replaced throughout the facility. Also the food at the restaurants were mediocre and very expensive.
