The owner has very tastefully remodeled the rooms. It is not fancy, but has all the necessities: refrigerator, microwave, coffee/tea maker, coffee/tea,etc. Upon arrival the owner literally took us through our room explaining everything, not really necessary, but thoughtful. The location, 6 miles from Lake George, gets you away from the hustle and bustle/commercialism, and was very relaxing.

Only small detail I can think of is that you hear the traffic noise...not too distractful to me, but it might for some people.

Cozy atmosphere without hassles.

Small size, non corporate.

The proximity to Lake George The owner Steve and his attention to detail from the inside of the suite to the surrounding grounds. Awesome fire pit, his bird feeders with a plethora of bird species and most of all his malamute Levi.

Owner very helpful in getting info on town and surrounding area /hiking opportunities. Very quiet, clean, nice furniture, enjoyed the stay. Don't be misled by the 70s outside appearance
