The front desk guy.. I can't remember his name but it started with an M.. Was nice enough to call me when I was late for my scheduled check in time. I was running late and explained I would be there much later than expected. When I got there he was happy to see me and saved a parking spot for me as well. Gave me 2 bottles of water. The room was clean and fresh. Water pressure for the shower was excellent. No issues encountered.
I sleep on a very firm mattress and this one wasn't firm. But there's nothing I can do about that.
