Location and price was great
It needs a bit of updating. Room rug wasn’t that clean & my pillows smelled

There was no breakfast involved.
Knowledge of how to prepare coffee makers and timing the right "general time" to get a fresh cup. I had to do it correctly one morning, another man, an employee, another morning. This hotel seriously needs new plug outlets.Even the rooms lights & appliances need newer outlets. Most everything you plug in falls/slides out of the socket.

Easy access to the beach and boardwalk. Nice pool area. Hot tub on site, but we didn't use. Pleasant staff and enjoyable neighbors. It felt family friendly.
Shower was a little tricky, but we figured it out and it was fine.

Tv, AC & fridge worked. No issue with parking. Pillows were nice.
No staff available, I looked around when checking in, after leaving stuff in room & checking out. Ceiling in room had a hole. Tub floor was dirty, I had to wash it before using. Two lights were not working, lighting in room terrible. Sink was not in bathroom. Staff left room door wide open and were nowhere to be found. No coffee machine or Kcup machine in room.
