Unfortunately are reservations was canceled not sure how, it was booked trough booking.com.
Arrived were two adults and a 5 year old child, it was a terrible accident on someone’s part. I had received a confirmation on Tuesday 3 days later room was canceled. Hotel was fully booked due to the the Big E fair.
I cannot say enough about the manager and the wonderful woman working behind the bar.
The manager was trying everything he could do to try to help. Offering snack to my grandson gave him coins to try to keep a tired 5 year old happy. He sat beside me and was very upfront and honest. The worst thing the only hotel we could get at 8:30pm same cost us $640.00, which was exactly upsetting. We did not want to drive 3 hours home after having had some drinks.

i believe i was charged for 3 nights instead of 2. i call the hotel and was told i had to call booking.com as that is how i registered. i called booking.com and after reviewing my complaint they sent it to la Quinta to settle my complaint. I'm still waiting to hear back......
