Convenient location, close to restaurants and stores. The outside seating area was nice. Highly recommend visiting the Cancun restaurant next door. Beds were comfortable.
If you have difficulty with stairs, request a ground floor room, no ramp or elevator.

Came there to visit my grandson since they had a pool i wanted to take him swimming and was told that I would have to pay extra for him to swim. I've been traveling and using hotels for years and never had to pay for him to swim ever.
Let a maximum of 2 guests of guests to use pool with family

The breakfast was basic. My son loved the waffle maker. There were no flavored creamers for the coffee. So, I drank milk.
I loved the fact that there was a recycle can in the room and breakfast area. The pool was clean and not so cold.
The towels in the pool area were way too small.

Breakfast was limited although I always love the waffles
I was charged more than the price that was given to me by Booking.com and then I was charged again by Booking.com because they said I was a no show and it has still not been resolved
