I love that you still have actual bathtubs, not just shower stalls, which IMHO are ghetto AF.
The bed mattress was kind of lumpy.
The fridge wasn't defrosted therefore had ice buildup.
The bathtub water valve is backwards. Most of them give hot when they're turned all the way; this one is hot only when it's fractionally opened.
However, your staff listened to these suggestions and therefore fixed the issue.
Booking did not get me a place as close to the event I attended as was ideal, but I'm glad that at least I got a nice place to stay.

The door was hard to open as the door jam was breaking. The floors were disgusting and I only found that out after running out of the shower to turn my alarm off and hoping up the water. The towel was almost black. AC doesn’t run constantly so the room gets hot and nothing was plugged in meaning I had to do it myself. Prices shouldn’t be so high for having to perform their own duties.
