Breakfast was nice!
The way the staff and managers deal with how payment through third parties are accepted, Also the owner of the hotel was rude to me. His managers and staff were excellent but he was rude and did not want to work with me. This is after I spent a lot of money at this hotel.

Front desk staff was not helpful, most could not speak clear English and the communication barrier made it very difficult to ask for assistance when I needed it.

Bobbi, our front office lady was exceptional! She treated our team and parents like family. She went above and beyond with all the little things, towels, directions to and from our facilities, which restaurants, gas stations, were the best to go to. Her knowledgeable and gracious attitude towards everyone she came into contact with didn't go unnoticed.
The things that could have been better where cleaning out the rooms, the bathroom grout needs to be scrubbed around the showers, the curtain rods where broke off and there where spots near the air conditioner where the carpet was wet.

The hotel staff were AMAZING and made sure we were able to be in a decent room. Also the breakfast was hot and the staff made sure the tables stayed clean in between guests. Mahendra, Bran, and the lady with glasses were SUPER helpful. They were pleasant in the morning and were very helpful with places to eat in the area.
The only issue we had was a group of loud teenagers in the hall but the management handled it super quickly which was a plus. The hotel in general was a nice stay and the location off the highway made it even better

We thought the king room was a little small. Not much room to move around.

The staff where wonderful and the facilities where clean
There where parties and people in the parking lot all night. For a nonsmoking building it seemed like there was a lot of drug smoke in the building that went through the vents . Nothing seemed to be done about it so I wouldn't stay here again due to these factors

Room was very small.
We booked a room and I have stayed here before however this time we were given a smaller than average room. It was very narrow and made it very tight in the hotel room area.

I like the breakfast and night shift receptionist is the best and helper as well.
Language part. Most of the rooms service and room cleaning they don't speak English. You need to hire more English speakers. So they can understand with the customers.

Staff was great. Bed was comfortable. The included breakfast was okay. Room was clean. I was in late and out early. No problems.
Could of had more accessible electrical outlets by the desk. There was only one. I had a few devices to plug in.

The desk attendants were perfect. The housekeeping lady was perfect. Cecelia in the kitchen was very helpful & fast at her job.
There was a lady who had to be removed from the building. The staff handled it very well though.
