Staff was friendly.
Ac unit was not connected to the wall thermostat. Didn't realize it for a while and room was hot! They are in the middle of remodel so it is very uninviting. Bed was hard so be aware.

The room and the staff
That I had to get my key renewed every day. The pillows were way too soft

N/A
- Missing and damaged wall decor aesthetically unpleasing in main room: wall with missing wall art/decor, however hardware remained on the wall; existing wall art damaged/torn.
- Bathroom: badly peeling wallpaper; shower door would not remain closed during showering, creating excessive puddling on floor. Had to hold door with one hand while showering with the other. After advising staff on day two, appeared that an attempt was made to repair which made it a little better but totally.

Comfortable room
In the middle of renovations so mess everywhere and some things not accessible, should have been a little cheaper for the inconveniences.
