I booked a room on booking.com for Oct. 24,2025- Oct. 25,2025 I was charged 73.14 on my debit card. But when I checked into the hotel, I was told that they were unable to access booking.com. I was then processed as a walk-in and charged $80.00. I contact the hotel to receive a refund of the $80.00. I have not heard back from them. They tried it again the next day but I showed them where I paid on booking.com without incident.

It was close to where we were going.
It would to have been nice to have 4 bath towels in the room, especially if you were going to use the pool.

Good location
The rooms need upgrades. The carpet smells like urine . I was switched out to an upgrade room. I did encounter a roach. I didn’t like the fact that guests hang outside around your door.
