The property was located perfectly in walking distance for where we needed to be. We booked this hotel mainly to go see a concert at the Superdome which we walked to. We were able to also walk to: Bourbon st., French Quarters, French Market, the Riverwalk. We were close enough to Canal st. to hop on the RTA trolley street car if we wanted to, which we took a couple times to a few restaurants in midtown district.
The room air quality was either really cold or really warm between 70-72. We’re from MN so 70-72 is typically a good temp but it either seemed too warm or too cold if we went below 70

Very centric, huge and clean rooms.
Lightning in the room and bathroom was quite poor. The carpet, though clean, is not exactly hygienic - I spent most of my stay sneezing. The shower was a disaster: very little water and bad draining (it flooded every time). In one of the two rooms we booked, there was no hot water in the five days we stayed there.
