Hard boil eggs, sausage links, toast, waffle, bran/regular muffin, cereal, yogurt and fruits were the options. Coffee and tea was provided but no OJ.
The staff was helpful. The room was clean, ice maker worked. Staff cleaned our room after the 1st night, which was greatly appreciated because we were there for 3 nights. I'm a bit of a stickler for cleanliness. Fresh towels was provided. I specifically wanted to point out the check out time at 12noon which was perfect for us wrapping up work at 11am and didn't have to rush out the door. Also parking was provided. Thank you.
On our last night the alarm went off at 2am and stayed on for more than 20-30 minutes. I am a light sleeper and had a difficult time getting back to sleep after that. A bar of soap would be appreciated, (a personal preference)though there were options for liquid soaps.
Suggestions:The ceiling can do with some stain block and repaint.

Stay was very comfortable and room size was very good. Breakfast was also pretty good.

We did not stay here. The front office woman was straightforward and had no pretenses about her hotel. She was happy to refund us as my lungs are sensitive to environmental cleaners. She was very understanding and compassionate. Without pretenses.
It smelled of mold and chemical cleaner. We did not choose to stay
