Convenient location, pleasant staff, beautiful grounds.
No guest laundry service on site, we got absolutely soaked at the concert venue and weren’t able to dry our clothes.

Refund policy after purchasing the insurance to not have the correct information on Expedia listing only to be told too bad! Expedia has been in contact with the Gideon and they are refusing the refund. I did have to book because it was all last minute so I had no choice but to book two separate rooms, making this trip very expensive for me.
I am very dissatisfied with the whole situation.
Then to be charged a$17.99 fee without being made aware of this with booking with Gideon for the second room.
Very disappointing overall.
