The beach and location of the hotel.

The third floor. Only because I have an arthritis in my knee.

Our suite was comfortable and clean. We loved the ocean view and will stay again.

The breakfast was fine most days. The food was a little cold and we had to warm it up in the microwave but it was no big deal.

Exceptional

The view was spectacular! The room was just as advertised. Everyone was friendly and helpful. Would definitely come again.

The staff took care of us from start to finish. The room was up-to-date, clean with a perfect view.

The room was beautiful, up-to-date and clean. A homemade breakfast was provided every morning--the unobstructed view of the beach and the sunrise was amazing.

This place is perfect for couples.

I like how close the beach and store were. The beach view was fantastic.

The fact that there were no napkins, paper towels, or tissues (facial). Also that the ceilings sounded very thin and you can hear the loud footsteps from the neighbor above you. This might bother some guests though, but I'm a heavy sleeper.

Our second visit to this hotel and it continued to exceed our expectations!

My wife likes to smoke and it was one of the reasons we reserved a balcony suite, that was the only drawback I could think of,

The Saint Augustine Beach House a place to call Home.

Everyone here at The Saint Augustine Beach House are friendly and accommodating. Including breakfast and they accept dogs.

There should be more eating selection nearby this excellent property location. Their breakfast is filling and comes with a smile.

awesome beachfront location. wonderful breakfast. staff were all courteous and were always checking to see if there was anything else we needed. rooms were clean and spacious

Really nice place but slightly oversold

Very clean, large room, very well equipped, view over beach and Atlantic Ocean, excellent bed, nice bathroom. Breakfast choice good, pick from a list and collect tray from reception to take up to room.

Premium price with no lift to 3rd floor and 4pm check in. Charged $25 for early check in when we waited til correct time, eventually refunded.

Really enjoyed this small charming hotel! A bit pricey but worth it!

QUIET! Perfect location! Huge room with beachy decor, not some generic hotel room you can get anywhere. Literally steps from the beach. Free beach chairs, towels, and umbrellas! Breakfast made to order was terrific. Very short drive in to St. Augustine. Walk to Publix!

No blackout curtains. USB ports on clock didn’t work. Rear deck could use some more barstools. No desk in room.

Good place for a few days.

Beach access was terrific, views great. Kitchen large and well-stocked. Bed comfortable.

Lamp over the day bed would have been nice. The chairs on the balcony were the tall kind and not very comfortable for lounging.

It is a clean , efficiently run bungalow but for the amenities it offers it is too exspensive.

very convenient to restaurants and beach

no restaurant and by the brochures it gave that impression. Also, not on a private beach so must use the public beach.

Enjoyable relaxing stay. Perfect vacation.

Best part was the house was right beside the beach. Grocery also nearby. Also the chairs that the beach house lends its guests.

Vilano beach did not have many restaurants. But st Augustine is not far.

The view was nice, the staff were all very friendly and the bed was comfortable.

There was construction going on and the being sensitive to cleaning products, I wish it had had less of a smell. I’d recommend putting more water or larger bottles in the room. Also, you should replace the coffee makers - our was tired. Otherwise all good!
