I had a warm place to sleep
The beds and pillows were crap and it wasn't cleaned very well

Unpleasant odor in the room. Really dirty bedding. The towels were full of stains too. Red, brown and yellow spots - I don't want even to think what from. There were enough towels in the room, but there wasn't at least one clean. The toilet was damaged.
It was one of the most disgusting experiences in my life of staying in a motel until now.
Great location, we were on our way to visit the Devil's lake park.

The staff was great. Helpful and friendly.
The beds were uncomfortable and the sheets had hairs and little pieces of debris in them. I choose to believe they were clean, however, maybe those ‘items’ were in the dryer and stayed on the sheets….
The beds were zero in comfort and the mattress pads had permanent wrinkles that could not be smoothed out.
New everything inside the rooms. Beds, sheets, blankets, carpet, towels, pillows.

It was never cleaned my bed was full of dog hair the shower I had strips a blond hair all over in it it was quite disgusting

Absolutely outstanding hotel perfectly located. The room's price rates are decent! We also enjoyed our eating at the four stars restaurant next door, the foods are excellent! and that beautiful vibe of modern rustic style is making us feel comfortable and rested and so much more relaxing. Beds are very cozy and what's more interesting is that they have coffee makers in each of the rooms! I have a lot to say, but hands down to Thunderbird motor inn! Helpful, friendly staff who go above and beyond to make sure you have the best time. It was my birthday during our stay, which we had not mentioned, but they obviously saw that at the check in. It was a lovely surprise when they greeted and welcomed us with a warm smile! We will definitely come back with friends and I would highly recommend this hotel. It's also very accessible to nearby attractions! Just loved it!

My daughter left her wallet on accident on the bed. It had money in it we tried calling the motel but no answer... I’m thinking they kept the money
