The location and friendly staff
The gloomy room with inadequate lighting and the fact that the place was understaffed and staff were run ragged trying provide a good service.

Really good location, stunning hotel right on the creek, really beautiful place. Staff were super helpful too helping us with our large vehicle where to park :)

The location and walking distance to the shops and restaurants.
I didn’t think it as a luxury hotel. Bathroom weren’t clean and there was dust and webs in the room. The pillows were super uncomfortable and because we booked through booking.com our breakfast wasn’t included.
