Vening machine tried to charge 5.00 dollars for each snack. Make sure you check your credit card after a purchase.
And a 50.00 dollar refundable fee, was charged for any damage to the room. That was the only hotel on my trip that did that

it was very easy to find, the beds were comfortable, room was spacious, the breakfast was decent for a hotel hot breakfast.
our room somehow got missed on a good clean. it looked as though it had been cleaned but somehow they missed a few things such as pasta sauce or something of the sort on a comforter, a spill in the floor and a used cup. but will add that they took care of it.

The room was spacious and very clean. I especially liked the hot shower and cozy bed.

The service at the front desk was great. They had an excellent breakfast. The room had two tv’s.
I just feel they could have vacuumed the room better. There was lint and they did had a dirty wash cloth in the bathroom.

Location was perfect,bed was so comfortable, shower was fabulous.
Bed looked like someone may have layed down to watch tv. Didn't have enough towels or washcloths. Was a bit more pricey than I wanted to spend.

It was very dusty and dirty towels weren’t clean at all. Floor what’s swept. When I come home I love staying in Holiday Inn in Minden, La.I thought it would be the same experience but it wasn’t.

I booked and was confirmed for two suites and when I arrived we only had one suite. Front desk clerk said it was Booking.com's fault and said, "Booking.com and Expedia do it all the time and overbook the motels, nothing I can do".

Room was nice, big and clean. Small but nice pool area
Pull out couch was very uncomfortable. Breakfast wasn’t very good and gave extremely small portions. Fine for me, but not my husband. Due to covid cannot serve yourself.
