Nasty. Carpers very dirty; towels yellow, thin and stained. Bedsheets limp and smelly. Bath cavities rusted and dirty. Sent note to Visha Trakker who is with Country Inn & Suites. He sent back a Roach letter. I tried to reply but it was rejected.

Location

Phone in room didn’t work told them several times, dogs barked all night kept us awake and when we told them and let them listen on our personal phone they said they could hear it and then told me later no one was in the room next to us with dogs which was not true, bathroom door didn’t shut, hot tub was low of water and then no towels in pool area for pool and hot tub.

Easy access

Bathroom door was broken. Made privacy an issue.

The hotel was nice clean and comfortable. They served a good breakfast everyday

Even though all the televisions are new they don’t have cable of direct tv so they only work if you add your personal streaming apps

The location was great. We were traveling and the hotel is located right at the exit. Breakfast was good. The usual choices. Parking was ample.

The blind was broken in one of our two rooms letting the light in and making it hard to sleep. The bed was very firm. Not comfortable for someone who likes soft and fluffy.

I liked the size and cleanliness of the room that I stayed in and that other people weren't noisy. I felt safe and secure. The staff were polite and respectful.

Although the staff were polite and respectful, there was a language barrier. The cleaning staff couldn't understand me and vice versa. The trash never got taken out despite my efforts.
