Nothing it was terrible
Staff was rude. Druggies outside being loud all night . Not tk mention there were bugs everywhere in the room it was filthy blood in the bathroom just downright disturbing

The employees where wonderful.
The door to the room lock on inside was broken, and the sheets were itchy. It was noisy at first but then quiet down as everyone went to sleep. The noise from the Highway was loud.

Rooms were nasty dirty, sheets dirty lamps cut, bathroom had stains toilette hat poop stains the walls had color come off just terrible and nothing like the pictures

The location and convenience.
It needs a lot of updating and fixing up. The bathtub spout was falling off the wall. The sink plug was missing. The bed is hard and uncomfortable. I had to ask for my room to be cleaned every day I was there.

The sheets were stained and the towels were also stained

There was no breakfast. It was a motel. Even though we arrived in the afternoon I was asked to go to the night window. The ledge was just under my chin.
Beds were comfortable but SERIOUSLY too tall. We had to stand on furniture to get my handicapped Mom into the bed.

No class - felt like a hotel that rents by the hour!

Very central location, close to everything. The staff was super friendly, we had a bit of a late check in but they were so welcoming and we had a very friendly chat while getting everything set up. Room was clean and bed was nicely made and comfy. Would definitely stay here again!

The front desk customer service was ok even though it was thru a night security window and it was only 5 o'clock. Our room was also serviced by the time we returned.
The hotel has a lot of unruly patrons that loiter outside all times of day and night. There was also alot of very bad smelling trash build up around the parking lot.
