The whole stay was something I wish to forget!

The beds were comfortable.

We didn’t get any wash clothes, the desk and the dresser with the tv on it was dirty and had a sticky substance on it, someone had took the remote and we had to reprogram a new one to the tv, there were two towels but one was folded on the toilet, the coffee pot in the room had not been cleaned, one bed looked like it hadn’t been changed since the last people who stated there, and the overall area was just not safe and didn’t not have a pleasant smell either.

front desk Saturday am said if not like it go Marriott she would not help with coffee thrash full was rude un santitaty how wipe down very lazy I would not recommend a stay I was plan on doing business with my tour company not now

They throw a $100 cash deposit on you at check in, or, you can put it on your card which they actually charge instead of placing a temporary hold on like every other hotel in the world. So, I'd tpu don't happen to have $100 cash with you, you have to wait over a week before the 100 is returned to your credit card which could be an issue for those with limited funds ds available. Very cheesey and unethical business practice.

the roaches and coffee pot did not work

The water was hot

Cockroaches everywhere, sliding glass door didn't shut all of the way or lock properly-i had to wedge the rod behind the door to keep the cold air from blowing into it, took close to 30 min for someone to show up at the front desk to check me in- during check-in I was never asked about pets then after the 1st night my room card didn't work until I paid almost $100 for my dogs- there is no disclosed pet fee when booking nor was I ever asked about pets when checking in, parking is HORRIBLE! 1 way parking lot that if you have a larger vehicle good luckbto you on getting in or out, sheets were stained, carpet left my socks black, floor in bathroom was sticky. I'll never stay here again.

My room smelled of urine when I walked into the room, the A/C was turned off therefore the room was 85 degree and took several hours to become pleasent.
