The property was ok
The refrigerator did not work it was plugged up but not cooling and it was a king size bed with only two pillows

There was a marijuana cigarette on the bedpost. The bathroom had a peeling tub with a dirty bath mat. It smelled of cigarettes and it was totally gross. The steps to go up to the room smelled of urine and pot.

Looks nothing like the pictures. Reeks of smoke. Police were called twice while we were there. Residents talking about shooting each other in the parking lot. Someone messing with my car side view windows. Parking lot sucks. Worst hotel.

They gave me the wrong room with just 1 bed. I had to have 2 beds. I was staying with my nephew who is 16 and we couldn't sleep together. I asked for my money back. The men at the front when I checked in could barely speak English and kept going on about what was my name and kept shaking a picture of another ladies license at each other. I believe they mistakenly gave my room away before we got there. I asked for a refund and left and had to find another room elsewhere. They were booked up. I was glad because it reeked of smoke and was absolutely filthy.

Seriously this place should’ve been shut down by the city of Birmingham. I’ve got pictures if you want to see them. Horrible place and you should check out before booking for them. I left early,this place isn’t safe! There’s mold and mildew cigarette burn in the bedding and all over the furniture. They charge extra for a pet that just stood in the room and shook. This place is unsafe even for a dog.YES.. I left as early as possible. Oh! There was noises all night so loud you couldn’t possibly sleep.

There was nothing good about this hotel. Hotel was filthy and customer service sucked.

The bed was comfortable. I had a quick check in service. The wifi works great and it’s convenient to eating places.
The room was supposed to be non smoking but my covers had several burn holes in them and the ceiling for some reason was burnt . The bedside tables had cigarette burn marks on them as well. When I arrived, a sketchy person that stayed there harassed me until I entered my room.
