Hampton Inn Maumelle

The people were friendly! The room was clean! I liked the fact that they provided a big bottle of shampoo and conditioner! Also the body wash smelled really good!

The pillows were not comfortable! The bed was very hard. The breakfast was not that great! The potatoes were not seasoned. The eggs were terrable! The sausage had no flavor! Coffee was not the best either!

The beds were comfortable, and the linens smelled and looked clean and fresh. The room appeared to be very clean. The breakfast was well stocked and attended by staff, and it was kept very clean before and after people arrived. Good coffee. The location is good, near Walmart and several mostly fast food places. We asked not to have a room near the elevator, and the desk staff was able to accommodate our request. Most of the staff we encountered were very polite and professional.

The staff person at check-in was not appropriately attired for work -- a male with long pink fingernails. Our bathroom looked clean but smelled of urine. There was no fruit at breakfast.

The breakfast was pretty good with several warm food options and location was really what this hotel has going for them.

There was only an outdoor pool that did not look very maintained. It had leaves and debris in the pool. Our room was very warm most the night and the air would not go down to cool or change to the temperature of our comfort. The toilet barely was flushing and nearly over filled during our short stay there. The beds were not very comfortable. Overall my family did not sleep well here. Also for whatever reason there was no bags in the trash cans in the room. They were out of milk at breakfast.
