Days Inn by Wyndham Ellensburg

I preferred this breakfast over fancier hotels. Staff was nice. Room was clean enough.

The TV stopped working on our last day.

The employee remembered us from our 1 night stay a year ago. The facility was clean and smelled good. Breakfast was a hit. Nice to be out of town but convenient distance from everything we could want or need. Beds were great

The side door key scanners do not work when the sun is shining very inconvenient

This is going to always be our midway stopping point from now on…very great value, super staff!

Location was good, and cost was very good. Complementary breakfast. Staff seemed nice enough. Room had a refrigerator in the microwave and cable TV/remote worked.

The staff wasn’t rude, but they didn’t explain anything, they didn’t offer knowledge about Wi-Fi, breakfast, the pool, etc. Didn’t use language like, welcome in and thank you for staying. I wasn’t told how to check out, and if no one was at the desk just to leave the key in a container. That would’ve been good information to know. The room and hotel overall is very outdated. The bathtub in the room was peeling, the carpet felt very dirty and old, the bed was lumpy and sunk in so that felt old. It wasn’t very comfortable. I highly recommend they update it. This is a personal preference thing, but I did not like the sink being outside of the bathroom in the same room as the beds. We stayed there because they allow pets, and it was cheaper than other hotels.
