The hotel is in a great location, it’s very clean with comfortable beds and beautiful bathrooms. The staff is amazing and very friendly and accommodating.

The hotel is well-located, clean, and features attractive common areas; the staff is polite and well-trained, and there is a metro station right out front (pros)
The room is a bit of a "mini-luxury" space but is far too small for two people; there is nowhere to put suitcases and no closet. A makeshift luggage rack was provided, but it left no room to get to the other bed (it was a twin-bed setup), and I ended up injuring and scraping my leg—actually losing skin in the process (con). We stayed for 7 days. It’s fine for short stays, but definitely not for long ones!

Very friendly staff. The building was beautiful and well kept. Breakfast was in an adjacent restaurant with a good selection of food.
The room was a little smaller than we anticipated, but adequate and didn't take away from the overall experience. The only coffee in the breakfast venue was OG brewed. They could up their coffee game a little.

Loud noises, tiny rooms, but good quality.
the noises that effected my sleep. The shoe box rooms. The price.
