Clean, room size, comfy,
Staff friendly
Coffee maker leaked, toilet clogged, breakfast was just ok, no hot tub.

Close to the airport without being right by the airport. Staff was friendly.
Car alarms going off for hours in the parking lot, did try to use the underground parking lot, but had to report people in the stairwell that shouldn’t be there. Opted to park outside. No issues

I liked the location everything was great there was one thing I was not happy with
The TV was antenna so a bit out of date my son tried to watch paw patrol no nick the TV kept turning off saying no signal ALOT so that would be my only complaint

Clean
The breakfast lady was great and kept everything clean and supplied.
It took us over two hours after check in time to get a room. Very poor communication from desk clerk as to when we could get our room. She dumped the mess on the next shift. Not enough staff to clean rooms.The whole lobby was full of people waiting for rooms. The elevator for this hotel not centrally located. Too much walking for seniors. No ice anywhere but by the lobby. Our Kleenex box was empty.
Heard lots of freeway traffic.
