Property was great

Location. Nice staff. Safe.
No shampoo or conditioner in the room.

The location. It’s around lots of restaurants, bars and shops. Nice indoor pool. Reasonable breakfast. The staff are excellent and accommodating.
The property is old and the maintenance crew appears to be less motivated. The hallway carpet on floor seven is loose throughout the length of the hallway. The curtain rod is loose and ready to fall off in my bathroom. I pulled the loose shower handle off. I had to move rooms because the phone didn’t work when I tried to report the air conditioner failed in room 722. There are no microwaves or refrigerators in the rooms. Some rooms only have one soap bar for the shower and the sink.
